Job summary

Alibaba Group is seeking an Onboarding Officer to manage seller signup, verification, approval, and onboarding activities. You will guide and train newly approved sellers on platform tools and growth enablers, and support them during incubation to improve activation and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong communication and data skills. Prior experience in e-commerce, operations, or seller onboarding is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, operations, customer support, or seller onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify seller signup applications for timely approval and activation.
• Handle seller modifications and resolve onboarding issues per SOPs and SLAs.
• Guide and train new sellers on onboarding requirements, tools, and growth enablers.
• Support verified sellers during incubation to boost activation and growth.
• Monitor seller progress and coordinate with teams to resolve blockers.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets with accurate records.
