Job summary

Motive in Lahore is seeking a Role Readiness Specialist to deliver onboarding training for entry- to mid-level frontline Sales staff and to ensure new hires hit their first quota. You will lead multiple onboarding classes, coordinate content creation (slides, videos, templates, scripts), and respond to stakeholder requests while scaling the program.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Enablement to keep the curriculum engaging and effective.

Qualifications

• Delivers onboarding training to frontline staff.
• Develops and updates onboarding content and curriculum.
• Works with stakeholders to keep program relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line Sales staff.
• Support multiple onboarding classes from onboarding to ramp period.
• Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence.
