Job summary

LAAM Technologies, a leading fashion e-commerce marketplace in Pakistan, is hiring an Account Onboarding Specialist for Lahore. You will guide new sellers from documentation to their first sale and help build a scalable onboarding process that supports growth.

In this role, you will manage onboarding progress in a CRM, leverage tools like Zoho or Salesforce, and collaborate with operations to streamline seller experience. 1–3 years in onboarding or CRM is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, CRM operations, or marketplace startups.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
• Startup or marketplace exposure is a plus.
