Job summary

Alibaba Group is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver technical training across Pakistan Logistics. You will onboard new hires, align training with SOPs and systems, and create engaging content such as quizzes and case studies.

The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with frequent collaboration with Operations and HR. You will also develop standardized onboarding frameworks and track training effectiveness against KPIs, while traveling to logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs across Pakistan Logistics.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new hires covering processes, SOPs, systems, KPIs, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, tutorials, and assessments.
• Convert complex logistics processes into simple, practical content.
• Monitor training attendance, scores, and knowledge gaps; prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence and Logistics teams to address performance gaps via training.
• Establish onboarding frameworks and learning paths for different logistics roles.
• Travel to logistics facilities as required.
