ISBBEYOND in Islamabad is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Specialist to coach new hires and seasoned reps. You will design training sessions, scripts, and materials, monitor performance, and coach for results, with on-site night shift hours 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar role.
• Experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and improve individual performance.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales representatives.
• Train agents on sales scripts, product knowledge, campaign details, and company policies.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and role-play exercises.

• Monitor calls and evaluate agents’ sales performance.
• Identify skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Conduct assessments, mock calls, and performance evaluations.
• Track training progress and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure agents follow sales procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Job Type

Full-Time, On-Site shift from 07:30 PM - 05:30 AM
