Sales Agent – AT&T Campaign (Outbound Calls)

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team for an outbound calling campaign. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making 300+ outbound calls per day to individuals in the USA affiliated with AT&T, presenting services, and converting prospects into customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily to potential customers affiliated with AT&T.
• Present and promote company services clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate service solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately update customer information and maintain call records in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow compliance, quality, and script guidelines during calls.
