Job summary

Hrsi is seeking a Sales Planning Assistant Manager/Manager for a leading client in Islamabad. The role involves supporting sales forecasts, budgets, and planning based on market trends and historical data.

You will analyze sales performance, prepare dashboards, and coordinate with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure accurate projections and promotional plans. A 2–4 year FMCG background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales planning, sales coordination, or business analysis from FMCG Industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and plans based on market trends and historical data.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather inputs and ensure sales targets are achievable and aligned with business goals.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate sales projections and promotional planning.
• Support demand planning and inventory management based on sales insights.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and planning tools to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Generate customized reports for stakeholders as required.
• Contribute to the enhancement of sales planning processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
