Job summary

Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking a Demand Planner to optimize inventory and forecasting accuracy, collaborating with supply chain, sales, trading and finance to meet customer demand.

You will build Power BI dashboards and ad hoc Excel analyses, monitor stock movement from the NDC, and ensure timely, BI-driven improvements with reports on SharePoint. Onsite 12 p.m.–9 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Supply Chain is preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Practical knowledge of MS BI.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• On-site work from 12:00 to 21:00.

Responsibilities

• Generate ad-hoc reports and BI analyses using Excel and BI tools.
• Analyze volume and value through data modeling and visualization.
• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI for topline summaries.
• Manage inbound/outbound stock from the NDC.
• Develop dynamic supply forecasting reports with Excel and Power BI.
• Evaluate workflows of Demand Planners and implement BI-driven improvements.
• Create ad-hoc Excel and Power BI reports with data integrity.
• Develop a supply forecasting report using Excel and the system.
• Ensure timely updates and version control of reports on SharePoint.

• Possess strong commercial acumen to generate ad-hoc reports and perform in-depth business intelligence analysis using Excel and BI tools.
• Analyze volume and value impact through data modeling and visualization, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Consolidate reports from multiple sources and build interactive dashboards using Power BI for a comprehensive topline summary.
• Efficiently manage and monitor inbound and outbound stock movement from the NDC.
• Develop dynamic supply forecasting reports using Excel, Power BI, and system-generated data for improved demand planning.
• Evaluate current workflows of Demand Planners and implement BI-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
• Create and maintain ad-hoc reports using MS Excel and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and ease of accessibility.
• Develop a supply forecasting report using Excel and available system.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to extract, transform, and visualize data, enabling deeper business insights and performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely updates and version control of key reports on MS SharePoint, integrating BI dashboards where applicable.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors preferably in Finance/Supply Chain fromrecognizeduniversity.
• 04 to 06 years of relevant experience.
