Zones is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize sales portfolios, drive growth, and improve efficiency. You will analyze data, segment customers, and align portfolios with strategic goals across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in sales operations, strong Excel/BI skills (Power BI, SQL), and CRM experience. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, territory planning, or related functions.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM and sales performance tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, macros, SQL queries, MDX queries, CRM advanced queries, reporting in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Territory Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine sales portfolios based on objectives and market potential.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, segmentation, trends, and performance metrics to inform territory allocation.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand challenges and adjust portfolios for optimal coverage.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure sales resources are allocated across territories considering potential and workload.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations to align goals and execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance and adjust as needed; monitor pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Territory Mapping & Refinement: Review boundaries and assignments to align with market conditions.
• Sales Forecasting: Help forecast regional sales objectives with leadership.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports with actionable insights.
