Job summary

Zong Business Solutions is seeking a data-focused professional to work with Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams to extract insights and propose data-driven strategies. You will conduct multi-step analyses, create forecasts, and present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations.

The role involves developing models, maintaining analytics pipelines, and building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to improve network performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization.
• Familiarity with telecom KPIs and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing/Commercial/Technical teams to identify issues and strategies using data.
• Perform complex data gathering, processing, analysis, and ongoing deliverables.
• Provide business recommendations on revenue, forecasting, and experience metrics with clear visuals for stakeholders.
• Research and develop techniques to improve network quality and customer experience.
• Maintain data science models per business needs.
• Design and service Power BI/Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools.
