Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our Sales team with day-to-day coordination, reporting, and operational activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in Sales Operations.

You will maintain sales reports, trackers, and CRM records; assist with data analysis; coordinate with internal teams; track leads and follow-ups, and support presentations and ad-hoc documentation to keep the sales pipeline moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work in the US Eastern hours (5:00pm to 2:00am).
• Previous internship experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, or a similar function will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM records.
• Assist with sales data analysis and prepare basic reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.
• Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
• Support the team with presentations, documentation, and other ad-hoc requirements.
