Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive based at our Islamabad office to drive sales and business development. You will own the administrative backbone of the sales cycle, ensuring accurate documentation from opportunity creation to invoicing, and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Pre-Sales.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support or back-office operations, with strong CRM/ERP and advanced Excel skills. IT/tech exposure is a plus, and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• Experience in sales support, order management, or back-office operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and MS Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, and proposals accurately and within turnaround time.
• Maintain and update CRM/ERP records: customer data, pipeline stages, and order tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control support.
• Liaise with Procurement/Supply Chain to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and MIS packs for management review.
• Support tender and bid documentation, including compliance paperwork and submission checklists.
• Respond to customer queries on order status, pricing, and documentation.
• Maintain contract and agreement filing, including renewal tracking and expiry alerts.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics as required.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems to support commission computation and performance tracking.
