Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and business development from Islamabad. You will own the administrative backbone of the sales cycle, manage CRM/ERP data integrity, quotations, and coordinate with Pre-Sales, Finance, Operations and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely processing from opportunity to invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or back-office operations; prior exposure to the IT/technology sector is an advantage
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) preferred
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
• Report and MIS preparation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly at month-end and quarter-end

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, and proposals accurately and within agreed turnaround time
• Maintain and update CRM/ERP records – customer data, pipeline stages, and order tracking
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control support
• Liaise with Procurement/Supply Chain to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and MIS packs for management review
• Support tender and bid documentation, including compliance paperwork and submission checklists
• Respond to customer queries on order status, pricing, and documentation
• Maintain contract and agreement filing, including renewal tracking and expiry alerts
• Support the sales team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics as required
• Ensure data accuracy across systems to support commission computation and performance tracking
