Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and business development, owning the sales cycle backbone from order processing to invoicing. Based at our Islamabad office, you will coordinate with Pre-Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliant processes.

You will manage CRM/ERP data, prepare MIS reports, and support tender documentation, aiming for efficient lead-to-cash execution and strong stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management or back-office operations.
• Experience in IT/technology sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, and proposals accurately and within agreed turnaround time.
• Maintain and update CRM/ERP records – customer data, pipeline stages, and order tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control support.
• Liaise with Procurement/Supply Chain to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and MIS packs for management review.
• Support tender and bid documentation, including compliance paperwork and submission checklists.
• Respond to customer queries on order status, pricing, and documentation.
• Maintain contract and agreement filing, including renewal tracking and expiry alerts.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics as required.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems to support commission computation and performance tracking.
