This on-site role emphasizes target attainment, active pipeline management, and accurate record keeping in CRM tools. You will collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and active-listening skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, identify customer needs, and progress opportunities through a sales cycle.
• Confident negotiation, objection handling, and persuasive product or service presentation.
• Customer relationship management skills, including attentive follow-up and professional issue resolution.
• Comfort working toward targets, prioritizing a pipeline, and maintaining consistent sales activity.
• Accurate record keeping and familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and CRM or sales-tracking tools.
• Good planning, time management, and coordination skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals, and appropriate sales channels.
• Contact prospective customers, assess requirements, and explain relevant products or services.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations, address questions, and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales pipeline activity.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Build lasting customer relationships and coordinate internally to support a smooth handover and service experience.
• Monitor market activity and share customer feedback and sales insights with management.
