Prism Consulting in Islamabad/Rawalpindi seeks a Sales Office professional to support business development and coordinate the day-to-day sales process. The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and accurate record-keeping to keep prospects and clients well informed.

You will maintain databases, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings while collaborating with sales, research, activation, and recruitment teams to ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Strong organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize inquiries and follow-ups.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, word-processing tools, email, and sales or customer record systems.
• Accurate data entry and careful maintenance of lead, contact, and pipeline information.
• Customer service skills, including attentive listening and courteous handling of routine questions.
• Ability to prepare and format basic proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Collaborative approach to coordinating work across sales, research, activation, and recruitment teams.
• Discretion when handling client details and a dependable approach to completing office tasks.
