Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for its industrial products division in Karachi. You will sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to industrial B2B customers, and identify opportunities across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics sectors.

Build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals or related industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or Business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Karachi and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to industrial B2B customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and related industries.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
• Follow up on customer payments and support debt recovery/collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer management.
• Travel within Karachi and other areas as required for business development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Good understanding of industrial products and relevant markets.
• Proven ability in business development, relationship management, and customer retention.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and sales software.
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.
