Job summary

iGATE Technology is seeking a Sales Manager to grow federation partnerships and establish a new sales division. You will own ongoing deals, coordinate across internal teams, and gradually build a small team while driving revenue growth.

The role requires a strong focus on new opportunities, process setup, and collaboration with Marketing and Production to ensure smooth deal execution. A minimum of 4+ years in sales or key account management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of sales or key account management experience.
• Experience handling large or strategic accounts.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Comfortable building processes in a new setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing federation partnerships.
• Identify and close new federation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Production to execute deals smoothly.
• Set up basic sales processes and structure for this division.
• Hire and manage a small sales team as the division grows.
