iGATE Technology is seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager with expertise in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships to work closely with the President on high-impact initiatives.

The role demands ownership of strategic projects from concept to execution, with executive communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with international federations, sponsors, partners, agencies, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in E-Commerce / Digital Commerce.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Excellent English communication and executive presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic business projects with the President.
• Lead cross-functional projects across E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand, Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Develop project strategies, timelines, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation planning execution monitoring completion.
• Drive e-commerce initiatives across D2C, marketplaces, digital commerce, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to develop and execute brand, digital marketing, campaign, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with international sports federations, associations, sponsors, partners, agencies, and commercial stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with senior external stakeholders on behalf of the President when required.
• Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship opportunities, commercial concepts, presentations, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships, sponsorships, markets, channels, and revenue streams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, financial metrics, revenue impact, ROI, timelines, and business outcomes.
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure execution across relevant teams.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, business updates, and recommendations for the President and senior management.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
• Work with external agencies, consultants, vendors, sponsors, and strategic partners where required.
• Support international expansion and initiatives across UK, USA, Germany, Australia, and other global markets.
• Ensure strong alignment between commercial objectives, marketing strategy, e-commerce performance, brand positioning, and business growth.
