iGate Technologies Pakistan is seeking an experienced Assistant Director - Digital Marketing to lead the organization’s digital marketing function across Paid, Organic, Email, and Affiliate channels. The role works with senior leadership to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and data-driven insights, ensuring strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable KPI improvements.

• Proven leadership of digital marketing teams and channels.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and report insights to senior leadership.
• Experience setting KPIs, budgets, ROI, and ROAS across multiple channels.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Experience with AI tools and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across Paid, Organic, Affiliate, and Email.
• Analyze data with the President; report performance and business results.
• Set and monitor KPIs, targets, budgets, ROI, ROAS, CAC, leads, conversions.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance improvement.
• Drive SEO, paid advertising, email/CRM, and customer acquisition.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the President.
• Lead A/B testing, conversion optimization, automation and AI tools.
• Develop and coach the digital marketing team; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments to align with business objectives.
