Job summary

Assist Gen is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify potential clients, research high-quality leads, and convert prospects into customers for its virtual assistant services.

You will use Bark, LinkedIn, freelance platforms, and business directories to build a robust lead pipeline, maintain accurate prospect information, and engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and platform messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience using Bark or similar lead-generation platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online lead-research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience selling digital services, virtual assistant services, or business support services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find suitable client opportunities on Bark and other legitimate lead-generation platforms.
• Research and maintain accurate prospect information, including contact details and business requirements.
• Build and manage a structured lead database using CRM systems such as Zoho, Odoo, and spreadsheets.
• Contact potential clients through approved channels, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and platform messaging.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to increase conversion rates.
• Understand client needs and present relevant services.
