Job summary

AAA Digital in Model Town, Lahore, is seeking a night-shift US truck dispatch coordinator for a full-time onsite role. You will book loads, negotiate rates with brokers, coordinate pickups, and plan routes while tracking deliveries.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on US dispatch experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with load boards like DAT and Truckstop. Night shift hours are 6 PM–3 AM, Monday to Friday.

Full-time, onsite role in Model Town, Lahore.

Monday–Friday, 6 PM–3 AM Pakistan time.

Base salary: PKR 90,000–100,000 per month.

Performance-based commission and bonuses are separate; the structure will be discussed at interview.

Job Specification

• At least 1 year of hands‑on US truck dispatching experience.
• Strong spoken and written English for broker and driver communication.
• Experience with load boards, rate negotiation, load booking and dispatch documentation.
• Understanding of US lanes, time zones and route planning.
• Organized, reliable and able to handle multiple loads and follow‑ups.
• Available to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore during the stated night shift.
