Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid Sales Development Representative role based in Rawalpindi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Development Representative will engage prospective real estate clients through calls, messages, and online outreach to generate interest in Real Leads Today’s services. Key day-to-day tasks include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, presenting the value proposition, and scheduling discovery calls or demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate lead information in CRM tools, following structured outreach sequences, and meeting weekly activity and conversion targets. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support ongoing business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in handling outbound and inbound prospect interactions.
• Proven Lead Generation and Business Development abilities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and clearly explain service benefits.
• Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets (e.g., "Google Sheets"), and messaging tools (e.g., "WhatsApp") to manage leads and activities.
• Results-oriented mindset with the capacity to work toward activity and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with remote and on-site team members.
• Prior experience in real estate, SaaS, or B2B services is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 50,000–80,000, depending on experience and performance, along with performance-based incentives and commissions for achieving sales and business development targets. This provides an opportunity to increase overall earnings through successful client acquisition and consistent results.
