Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking a results-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage daily reporting, receivables follow-up, and order coordination. The role supports cross-functional teams to ensure accurate dispatch and timely closures within defined SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/related degree and hands-on experience with SAP, HubSpot, and MS Excel, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily regional target-versus-achievement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Track critical and non-critical orders and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate weekly ready-order and site meetings and document actions.
• Maintain records across SAP, HubSpot, Excel, and MIS reports.
• Monitor pending actions and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Complete assigned trainings in line with SOPs.

Job description

• Sales Reporting & Governance: Prepare and circulate daily regional target-versus-achievement reports, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with sales policies, including order cancellations and discount approvals.
• Receivables Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to follow up on outstanding corporate receivables, monitor overdue balances, and elevate delays.
• Order & Dispatch Coordination: Track critical and non-critical orders, prioritize critical orders, maintain accurate dispatch plans, and ensure timely order closure.
• Meetings & Issue Resolution: Coordinate weekly ready-order and site meetings, document action points, and follow up with relevant departments to resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across SAP, HubSpot, Excel, and MIS reports.
• Ownership & Follow-through: Monitor pending actions, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
• Learning & Development: Complete assigned trainings and assessments while maintaining punctuality and adherence to company SOPs.
