Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in sales coordination, MIS reporting, or corporate sales operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, HubSpot, and MS Excel.
• Excellent coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily regional target-versus-achievement reports.
• Follow up on outstanding corporate receivables and monitor delays.
• Track critical and non-critical orders and maintain dispatch plans.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and document action points; resolve issues within timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records across SAP, HubSpot, Excel, and MIS reports.
• Monitor pending actions and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Complete assigned trainings and adhere to SOPs.
