Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking a sales and business development professional to engage with corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities.

You will support lead generation, develop new business, manage existing relationships, and participate in the complete sales cycle from meetings to handover. The role requires a fresh graduate to 1 year of experience with a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Engage with corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Support the team in generating leads, developing new business and managing client relationships.
• Participate in the complete sales cycle from meetings to handover.
• Coordinate with Design, Costing, Production, SCM and Site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Support the team in generating leads, developing new business, and managing existing client relationships.
• Participate in the complete sales cycle, including client meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, order booking and project handover.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Design, Costing, Production, SCM, and Site teams for smooth execution.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.
• Support monitoring of sales pipelines, forecasts, market trends and opportunities.
• Develop understanding of project costing, margins, timelines and commercial decisions.
