Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Sales KDW to drive sales for kitchens, doors and wardrobes. You will engage with customers, promote products, and maximise sales opportunities within the designated market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Designs, Business or Marketing and 1–3 years of sales experience, with strong presentation and communication skills to translate drawings into customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Designs, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or home goods.
• Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in kitchens, doors and wardrobes.
• Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service.
• Maintain understanding of product range, market trends, and competitors to position offerings.
• Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targets.
• Review quotations/drawings prepared by Technical/Design, ensure accuracy against customer requirements, and secure client sign-offs per SOP.
• Ensure KDW displays are updated, clean, and in working condition; escalate fixes as required.
• Follow all KDW & Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and maximising sales opportunities within the designated market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes.
• Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
• Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targets.
• Review quotations/drawings prepared by Technical/Design, ensure accuracy against customer requirements, and secure client sign-offs per SOP.
