Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking a commercially driven Deputy Manager - Export Sales to grow our export business and manage international clients from opportunity identification through successful order execution.

The role emphasizes understanding Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes, Interior Joinery, and customized interior solutions, with hands-on exposure to export/project sales and full sales-cycle management.

Qualifications

• Proven competence in export sales and international business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with project-based sales and international client management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve export sales targets through existing and new international clients.
• Identify and develop new export markets, customers, and opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend furniture, KDW, and interior joinery solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including inquiries, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and order closure.
• Ensure timely response to international client inquiries and maintain follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Design, Costing, SCM, Production, Quality, and Logistics for smooth order execution.
• Maintain margins through costing and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure pre-delivery inspection and compliance before dispatch.
• Monitor sales pipeline, performance, and market trends; provide management reports.
• Support and develop the Export Sales team to achieve targets.
