Doqly OS is expanding its remote sales team from Pakistan to drive outbound growth into the UAE market. You will prospect Dubai real estate directors and agency owners, manage the full sales cycle, and demonstrate our AI-powered SaaS platform on live calls.

Strong English, B2B sales experience, and a self-motivated attitude are essential for success. We offer uncapped commissions, rapid payouts, and the flexibility to work remotely from Pakistan as you help clients leverage our CRM and AI tools

Job Description:

About Us: Doqly OS is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates legal contracts, smart listings, and WhatsApp outreach for real estate brokerages in Dubai. We are expanding our remote sales team in Pakistan to lead our outbound growth into the UAE market.

What You Will Do

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach to Dubai Real Estate Directors and Agency Owners via LinkedIn and WhatsApp voice notes.
• Pipeline Management: Run the full sales cycle from initial contact to booking and conducting live Zoom demonstrations.
• Closing & Expansion: Negotiate B2B SaaS subscriptions and proactively upsell active accounts on new features and licenses.
• Market Mastery: Become an expert in Dubai real estate workflows to act as a trusted consultant to our clients.

Job Specification:

What We Are Looking For:

• Flawless Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English. You must be comfortable pitching and negotiating with international clients.
• B2B Sales Experience: Freshers or 2+ years in outbound sales, BPO, SaaS, or high-ticket closing.
• Self-Starter: You do not need micromanagement. You are highly organized, aggressive in your follow-ups, and driven by targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and demonstrating software live on calls.
