Job summary

Opperate is hiring a Remote SaaS Sales Development Representative based in Pakistan to work US hours (7pm–4am). You will conduct outbound prospecting, book demos, and build cadences while collaborating with Account Executives to pass qualified leads.

A track record of quota attainment and English fluency are required. Join a high-performance team supporting US clients and focus on rapid career growth in tech sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B technical sales or prospecting.
• Based in Pakistan.
• Must work US Hours (7pm - 4am).
• Fluent English communicator (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and booking meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails) to book demos with decision makers.
• Identify influencers within accounts and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
• Build and manage cadences/sequences for outreach using best practices.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with AEs to pass qualified leads and accelerate deals.
• Drive urgency and communicate value to prospective customers.
• Hit or exceed monthly quotas consistently.
