Contegris Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our market presence for SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to mature leads and engage exiting clients to promote additional products.

The ideal candidate blends sales and business development techniques with excellent communication and a passion for delivering positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3-4 years of experience in IT, SaaS or software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Generation Team to mature leads and develop new ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as main contact.
• Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional products.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop strategies to retain key accounts and prevent churn.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue and acquisition.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and account status.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support BD initiatives.
