This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector
• Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer handling and relationship-building abilities Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
