Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Gilgit-Baltistan seeks a field sales executive to meet customers on-site, explain home loan products, and drive loan applications.

You will build relationships, encourage referrals, coordinate with the credit team for processing and disbursal, maintain credit quality, onboard channel partners, and expand housing project leads to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products.
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company?s business.
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business.
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan.
• Coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Maintain credit quality.
• Onboard new channel partners.
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
