Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a proactive field sales professional responsible for expanding customer base through strategic business development in the assigned area of Pakistan.

The role focuses on identifying micro markets, onboarding reliable referral partners, and generating new loan opportunities. Ideal candidates will excel in relationship management, possess strong communication skills in local language and English, and demonstrate the ability to drive end-to-end loan processing

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying micro markets and empaneling referral partners.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in local language and English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold backed secured loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to potential customers to generate business and achieve daily plan.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and manage end-to-end loan processing support.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the branch and drive collections and cross-sell Insurance.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
