Qualifications

• Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products.
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company's business.
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business.
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan. Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Maintain credit quality.
• Onboard new channel partners.
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
