Job summary

Prime BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking a Senior Retention Officer for the Final Expense campaign. This on-site, full-time night-shift role requires handling retention calls, identifying at-risk clients, and maximizing policy persistency through strong communication and objection-handling skills.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of retention or closing experience, with the ability to work under pressure and exceed targets while maintaining CRM records and enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closing or retention experience in a Final Expense campaign.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to retain customers and perform under pressure.
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders.
• Identify at-risk clients and implement effective retention strategies to prevent policy cancellations and lapses.
• Build strong relationships with policyholders through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Address customer concerns and objections confidently while reinforcing the value of their Final Expense coverage.
• Utilize proven retention and closing techniques to maximize policy persistency.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve retention performance and customer satisfaction.
