Prime BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Officer to join our on-site sales team for a full-time night shift. The role targets senior closers with a proven track record.

You will close inbound and outbound leads, cross-sell products, manage CRM, and meet targets while adhering to compliance. The position offers uncapped earning potential and a strong guaranteed base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of closing experience (Final Expense).
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of sales closing, compliance, and product knowledge.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities
