PRIME BPO is hiring Inbound Retention Executives for the MedAlert Campaign in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site position with rotational night shifts designed to drive customer retention and relationship management. Strong communication skills are essential, and prior BPO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, customer service, retention, or call center role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong active listening and customer handling abilities.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the MedAlert campaign.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, and service-related questions.
• Identify customers who may be considering cancellation and implement effective retention strategies.
• Build rapport with customers through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Address customer objections confidently while highlighting the value and benefits of MedAlert services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and data security standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve retention performance and customer satisfaction.
