Motive is seeking a Save Specialist (CSA) to help customers maximize value from their partnership. You will build trusted relationships and guide customers considering cancellation, plan changes, or renewals.

You will diagnose changes in the customer's business, identify root causes, and steer them toward the best path forward—whether it’s issue resolution, right-sizing, or multi-year renewal options—while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success or account management.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to discover customer goals and negotiate outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage retention, renewal, cancellation, and account change conversations.
• Identify root causes of customer concerns and guide the right renewal path.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
• Document customer health and outcomes and follow up accordingly.
