Job summary

Callopedia, based in Karachi, is seeking confident Customer Retention Executives to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and build strong customer relationships.

You will contact existing and inactive customers through outbound calls, build rapport, handle objections, and help customers stay engaged with our clients while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English and clear, professional communication.
• Excellent listening, questioning, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Retention, Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Telesales, or Outbound Calling is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfortable working with daily call volumes, performance targets, and quality metrics.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and inactive customers through outbound calls and follow-up conversations.
• Build positive relationships and understand customer needs and concerns.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant solutions.
