• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep clients informed.
• Conduct regular business reviews and manage renewal discussions.
• Identify relevant opportunities for additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client progress, risks, and next steps.
• Share client feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
