Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of State Bank of Pakistan guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop branch staff.
• Strategic mindset with focus on retail sales, customer experience, and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch retail operations ensuring compliance with SBP regulations and internal controls.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability.
• Manage and motivate staff through training, feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Oversee the branch’s customer experience management to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct sales performance management through accurate reporting and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement loss prevention measures and retail compliance protocols to minimize financial risks.
• Maintain a positive, energetic work environment and ensure branch discipline and teamwork.
• Ensure timely achievement of business targets by aligning operations with corporate objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on branch performance and challenges.
