Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Banking Services Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with bank policies and SBP regulations, and lead branch staff to provide excellent customer service.

The role covers HR and administrative duties for the branch, cash handling and security, daily balancing, MIS reporting, and ensuring timely responses to auditors and customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or commerce from a reputable institution.
• MBA is preferable (subject to approval).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch operations and staff.
• Work with Branch Manager to optimize results.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and SBP regulations.
• Maintain customer-focused service environment and handle complaints.
• Manage HR and admin matters for branch staff.
• Ensure cash, security, and dual-control procedures are followed.
• Prepare and submit MIS/official reports as required.
• Balance cash books, vault, and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth banking operations.
• Respond to auditors and ensure timely compliance.
