Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or restaurant onboarding.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food points for onboarding.
• Meet restaurant owners or managers and explain platform and partnership benefits.
• Complete restaurant onboarding from initial contact to go-live.
• Collect and verify documents, menus, prices, images, and business information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for restaurant profiles, menu setup, and system activation.
• Guide and train restaurant staff on using the platform or app.
• Follow up on pending onboarding requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure restaurants are activated within the defined timeline.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and update the CRM.
• Conduct post-onboarding follow-ups.
