iSpeedToLead is seeking a hands-on Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead to source and win US business partners, design the commercial and operating model, and own the process to signed partnerships producing referrals. Experience sourcing and winning US B2B partnerships.
Ability to negotiate terms, referrals and data provenance.
Strong prospecting, discovery and commercial judgment.
Ability to work across commercial, operations and product teams.
Ability to explain partnerships, activation steps and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Map promising US partner segments, develop a target list and run your own outreach and discovery.
Understand partner journeys, incentives and ability to generate seller referrals; qualify opportunities before launch.
Negotiate terms, referral rights, data provenance, consent and handoff expectations with internal stakeholders.
Launch and activate partners: define referral workflow and troubleshooting handoffs to reach first opportunities.
Track activation, volume, lead quality, conversion, refunds, payouts and contribution by partner.
Build a repeatable playbook, reporting cadence and partner experience; coach colleagues and shape a partnerships team.
Work with supply operations, product and sales to ensure promises match customer experience and provenance.
