Job summary

Careem is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of restaurant partners across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, driving day-to-day operations, growth, and partner satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for merchants, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing revenue across food delivery and DineOut.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Finance to execute joint growth strategies, negotiate discounts, and manage CPC campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years experience in sales or account management; achieving weekly/monthly targets consistently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Passionate commitment to improving lives and strong alignment with core values.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of restaurant partners and be the single contact for day-to-day operational issues.
• Drive order volume and revenue growth across food delivery and DineOut segments.
• Negotiate and manage partner visibility discounts and CPC campaigns.
• Monitor core operational KPIs like Wait Time Ratio and stock compliance.
• Optimize merchant pages with pricing, images, descriptions, and menu layouts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Finance to execute growth strategies and remove blockers.
