Job summary

AutoScale Ventures in Lahore (Gulberg III), Pakistan, is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for senior developers and other technical roles. The role offers a hybrid work model with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule aligned to Pacific Time and involves building pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.

You will screen, coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads, and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers (PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps).
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & outreach to build a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Screening & assessment of technical and cultural fit; coordinate technical assessments.
• Interview coordination with hiring managers and team members; provide candidate updates.
• Collaborate with People and Development teams on hiring needs; refine job descriptions and strategies.
• Document sourcing, interviews, and candidate notes; suggest recruitment workflow improvements.
