Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, with a focus on senior developers. The role supports multiple brands and scales development teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates.

You will collaborate with People and Development teams, refine job descriptions, and implement efficient recruitment workflows while using tools like Manatal and LinkedIn. Hybrid work in Lahore is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven success hiring long-term developers, preferably senior level.
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & outreach: build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals; engage passive candidates, especially senior developers; maintain a long-term talent network.
• Screening & assessment: review resumes, conduct initial screenings for technical and cultural fit; coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads; ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Interview coordination & support: schedule interviews, keep hiring managers aligned, track candidates in systems like Manatal.
• Stakeholder collaboration: align with People and Development teams on hiring needs; stay updated on market insights; educate managers on structured interviews.
• Process improvement & documentation: keep records of sourcing, interviews, and notes; suggest improvements to candidate experience and recruitment workflows; define pipelines for recurring roles.
