Blusha is a beauty-tech startup digitising Pakistan’s salon industry. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join the Business Development team to help salons discover and adopt our software.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling demos, and coordinating onboarding with the team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; degrees in business-related fields are preferred.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or related fields preferred.
• Comfortable with data and numbers, strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and outreach.
• Connect with salon owners and qualify potential customers.
• Schedule product demos with the Field Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversions.
• Coordinate client onboarding with the relevant team.
• Maintain lead records and meet sales targets.
