Job summary

Blusha, a beauty-tech startup in Pakistan, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand our presence in Lahore. You will visit salons, connect with owners, demonstrate Blusha, and convert prospects into paying customers.

You will build relationships, manage leads in CRM, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while coordinating with onboarding for smooth handover. Travel across Lahore is required; strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for frontline field roles.
• Experience in field/B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Lahore and in-person client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Visit salons across Lahore to introduce Blusha and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct outreach.
• Demonstrate Blusha and explain how it helps manage appointments, clients, staff, sales, and daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects, address concerns, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Maintain leads, visits, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure a smooth handover of new salons.
